Introducing our brand new 3D Pro Carbon Hood Stiffener that is compatible with the original kit brackets for the Yokomo MS1.0!
Our hood stiffener makes contact with the body. Reducing body flex improves downforce through the hood and windshield.
This part bolts directly to the bumper and can be used with both foam and 3D printed bumpers.
The screw at the top of the assembly can then be adjusted to perfectly match the height to the bodywork.
Weighing just 1.5g, they are the lightest hood stiffeners on the market!
Made from 1.5mm thick carbon rod and the latest high quality, high definition 3D printing technology for maximum rigidity and durability!
We recommend using a small amount of foam where the body touches the bracket.
This prevents the screw from slipping on the inside of the body, making the stiffening even more effective.
It also prevents the paint from peeling off the body!
